Jobs
Join the Mission at Camp Maranatha
This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. A purpose.
Camp Maranatha is a year-round Christian camp and retreat center on the shores of Hourglass Lake, just north of Big Lake, Alaska. We’re looking for individuals who feel called to use their gifts, skills, and hands-on talents to serve the Lord through camp ministry.
Whether you’re maintaining buildings, preparing meals, or repairing equipment, every task supports something eternal—helping people encounter God, grow in faith, and build life-changing community.
While we are primarily seeking full-time team members, we welcome any level of help and are happy to discuss opportunities with each person individually—especially if you feel called to be part of what God is doing here. We’re currently hiring for several hands-on roles to support the growth and ministry of our campus. While we value skill and experience, for all positions we especially need team players who are willing to step in wherever needed. Camp life often calls for an all-hands-on-deck approach, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential.
If you have a servant’s heart, love hard work, and want to serve joyfully while living out your faith in community—we’d love to hear from you.
